mother’s day greeting in her own little way
Early this morning as I was preparing a snack for Tara, I turned around in time to see her zip past, toilet paper trailing behind her from the bathroom. I picked it up and rolled it back and found this…

For MONTHS we have been working hard, trying to achieve the potty milestone, especially before the baby arrives. As frustrating at times as it can get, I could not stop laughing at this scene. Tara set up her bear this way and then proceeded to say, “Good job teddy for going on the potty”.
Could it get any better than this in the meantime?
Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas out there!

ha..ha..this is a good sign. i would suggest to always talk with her about going on her potty, what she should do, about being a big girl & what big girls do, also mention about her girlfriends who are also on potty training, or those who are already trained & that they get to wear underpants & no diapers, etc. I did a lot of talking with EM & mentioning her friends, also putting her on her potty 1x or 2x a day just to practice sitting there, later on she got used to this practice & finally learn. Patience really is the key as well…which us mothers have acquired (or polished) it esp. when we started having kids…:-)!
