cease your bredraggens
This past week has landed us at the doc’s for an ultrasound (the doc took one look at the screen and told us to take a hair brush to the delivery room cos this bebe’s gonna have lots of hair, what a surprise there!); Saba’s games night with the boys on Friday night, eating kebabs from 14 Shek, and ‘laxin out with the wives in front of the TV watching series of “House” (I wish I understood half the medical terms they use, goes right over the head!)and then “Miami Vice” (blah); and enjoying a yummmmy Brazilian meal with friends at Monica’s. Yes, it’s all about the baby and food these days. This week I hit my ninth month (eeeeehhh!), so we’re pretty excited with the life-changing times ahead. I just can’t WAIT to finally meet this little bub. Back is a killer these days, and one of my feet is larger than the other. Mom & dad will be here soon to visit, yay! Also trying to book tickets for Sa in November so Saba’s parents can meet the baby, which reminds me, have to get an Australian passport for him/her. Afterwards will head to the States to see Gram and do some much-needed shopping for the rest of this baby’s first year (yeah, and who we kidding, for me too, auu stob it).
